I’m currently president of the North Dakota Reflexology Board. I have been a member of the Reflexology Association of America since 2010. I served as a board member of the Reflexology Association of America from 2013 to 2018. Reflexology for Wellness opened its doors in 2007, and I have many long-term customers. I was a nurse for 39 years, primarily working in the operating room. I also worked in the ICU and managed a small surgery center. While taking a class about the Spirituality of Nursing I discovered reflexology as I researched information about Complimentary Health. My curiosity led me to find someone to give me a reflexology session, which provided me with an improvement in my health. I then began taking classes and found the holistic approach to better health resonated with me. Ultimately, I resigned from a very good nursing position, became a licensed reflexologist in 2006, and opened Reflexology for Wellness in 2007.

After establishing my business, I became involved with the ND Reflexology Association, The Reflexology Association of America, and the International Council of Reflexologists. I served as the Vice President and President of the ND Reflexology Association and was a Board member of the Reflexology Association of America from 2013-2018.
