As a retired nurse, I believe reflexology is a proactive and holistic way for everyone to maintain or improve their health. At Reflexology for Wellness, I specialize in the Ingham Method of reflexology, a tried and tested approach that helps people achieve better health. Reflexology’s roots date back to ancient China, India, and Egypt. Licensed since 2006, I have been nationally certified by the American Reflexology Certification Board since 2014. As a reflexologist I have been certified in the Ingham Method, which was developed by Eunice Ingham, who is considered to be the mother of American reflexology. Her nephew, Dwight Byers, established the International Institute of Reflexology. He and other certified instructors have taught the Ingham Method around the world.
Reflexology is a holistic healing technique that works on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to every organ and system in the body.
